We’re 2-0 and it feels amazing! We’ve been playing pretty well and the team’s has come a long way, so we want to keep stacking these wins up. Wins are hard to get in this league, so right now our focus is on the Falcons. We’ve got a big test this week with Atlanta so we have to be real sharp, especially on defense. But it feels real good to get the two wins under our belt. After the game I like to relax by hanging out with the family and friends who came to see me play. It’s a great way to wind down and relax the mind.
I’m a pretty hard critic when it comes to my own game, but I think I’ve done alright to start the season. I know I have a lot to work on, but I feel like I’m taking steps in the right direction. If I continue to work and continue to get better, then everything should work out.
Monday after the game we came in here and had our meetings to get ready for Week 3. I had some soft tissue work done to help me feel fresh. This week I’m really focusing on being aggressive and attacking the Falcons offense. I want to play within myself and do what I have to do, and as long as we as a team do what we have to, I think we’ll be alright …
